Change (%) Timeframe

Users can select a timeframe from the Change (%) Timeframe dropdown. The selection returns the percentage change for the selected timeframe for all assets within the watchlist in the righthand column of the watchlist outputs. This option gives users further control over what type of price action they prioritize.

When the Score Rank toggle is on, assets with the same Pulse and Shift TrendScan outputs are sorted by their percentage change according to the selected ranking options.

Watchlist Average % Change

TrendScan averages the percentage change during the selected timeframe for all assets in the watchlist to display the Watchlist Average% Change. This metric is useful for being aware of the overall sentiment of your watchlist across different time periods. A large absolute percentage here shows decisive price action for multiple assets in the watchlist during the selected timeframe, while smaller percentages indicate price indecision or lower levels of volatility in the market.

Compare the % change on an asset to the average % change in the watchlist to see how that specific asset’s momentum compares to the others you have listed. The strongest moves will be in the same direction as the average and have values larger than the average.
